We promote digital well-being
and media literacy.
Through our My Digital TAT2 program, we help young people navigate online complexities and think critically about the benefits and drawbacks of their digital interactions so they can make healthy choices and be in control of their technology.
What we do works
For over 12 years, we’ve worked with schools and families to navigate digital dependency, inappropriate content, and the impact of online hate.
Students use technology more responsibly and create a kinder digital culture.
Guardians have learned how to partner with their kids to ensure healthy digital use.
School counselors have learned how to support students in being safe, conscious, and kind online.

HEALTHCARE & YOUTH SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our workshops for youth-serving professionals blend current research and the lived experience of young people to help participants understand young people’s relationship with technology as it relates to their social development and its impact on their health and well-being.
