Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free Standard shipping, with an estimated delivery window of five to ten business days after processing, on all orders. However, orders will not be processed for shipping until full payment has been received and confirmed by Health Connected. Any order placed without accompanying payment will remain pending and will not be dispatched. If payment is not received within ten (10) business days of the order being placed, the order will be considered abandoned and may be deleted or not fulfilled. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure prompt payment to avoid delays or potential cancellation of the order.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Please be advised that orders are dispatched exclusively on standard business days, which are commonly recognized as Monday through Friday. Shipments will not occur on federal holidays or any other designated observances.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses will require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
SHIPPING LIABILITY WAIVER
Health Connected is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability for damaged, lost, or stolen goods during transit. Any claims regarding damaged, lost, or stolen products as a result of mailing or shipping should be directed to the respective postal carrier.
